Profile

Tin Weitner, PhD, is a senior research assistant at the Department of General and Inorganic Chemistry. He teaches graduate courses in General Chemistry and Metalloproteins – structure and Mechanisms, as well as a postgraduate course Metalloproteins – interactions with drugs. His scientific interests include physical and bioinorganic chemistry, particularly complexation of metal ions by biologically significant ligands and physico-chemical properties of bioinorganic xenobiotics.
