PROFILE

Lovorka Vujić, PhD is an assistant professor at the Department of Food Chemistry. She is the head of graduate course “Nutritional Biochemistry” for Medicinal Biochemistry studies and an associate of graduate courses “Environmental Health” and ”Nutrition Therapy”. Her scientific work is focused on the development of functional food with improved nutritive and protective properties, and is based on research of the possibility of using different raw materials in the formulation of the next generation of nutraceuticals.
