Profile

Monika Barbarić, PhD is a assistant professor at the Department of Medicinal Chemistry. She teaches graduate courses Drug design, Biochemistry of drugs and Medicinal chemistry 1. Her scientific interests are synthesis and characterisation of biologically active compounds, hydroxamic acid derivatives and research of the importance of potential and known drug substances by applying methods used in computational chemistry.
