CPSA

Croatian Pharmacy and Medical Biochemistry Students' Association is independent non-profit association. It has been founded in 1994 at the initiative of the Student Council with the aim of improving student life and bringing students together.

CPSA is the only association representing pharmacy and medical biochemistry students in Croatia. Our members promote education of students on regional level by informing and educating students on the topics regarding our profession, health, hot topics from the fields of biomedical sciences and organising campaigns to promote Health days.

As an independent association, CPSA exercises cooperation with partners in both country and the world with the aim of realization of various projects and campaigns. We are proud members of European (EPSA - European Pharmaceutical Students' Association) and international organization (IPSF - International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation). Our members regularly participate in conferences that are yearly being held by these organizations. It is the membership in the IPSF that allows us to participate in the Student Exchange Programme (SEP), one of our biggest projects. SEP implies an exchange of students and knowledge and allows for the students to do an internship in any country member of IPSF.

CPSA team consists of six-membered Executive committee, three-membered Supervisory board and several Coordinators. Members of both boards are elected at the beginning of each academic year by CPSA members and Coordinators are chosen one week later by the newly formed leadership team. All pharmacy and medical biochemistry students from Zagreb and Split can be part of CPSA and can join at any time the association.
